Power-Heat-Set knows the answer of this question: The most important asset is a high qualified, friendly and customer-orientated staff.  A German expression translates as: “A satisfied customer is a good customer”. Therefore, Power-Heat-Set not only recognizes the specialized knowledge of their employees but also of their customer service skills.  We are happy that our staff understands our company philosophy: “For our customer, only the best!” They give every effort with the attitude of satisfying our customer’s needs.  

We are very proud that our customers perceive and appreciate our attention to their needs.  One of our valued customers, Al Abdullatif of Saudi Arabia – Mr. Sohail , sent a big compliment via email to our Exportmanager Beate Jaschik regarding her excellent customer service skills.  Beate was very happy to be recognized and said. “Personal appreciation from my customer is the biggest compliment I could receive.”  

We share Beate’s happiness and we are proud of our entire staff.
